WHAT IS HANDY GYM?

Handy Gym is an innovative fitness accessory that uses the developed NASA isoinertial technology to offer functionality and efficiency comparable to expensive inertial pulleys and superior to large gym machines. This kind of strength training method is independent of gravity and it allows for anywhere resistance training without lifting even one pound… while offering stronger and safer fitness results.

Handy Gym converts the turn of the discs in force. The discs allow to workout up to 100kg/220 lbs.

WHAT IS INERTIAL TECHNOLOGY?

Isoinertial technology was developed for NASA in the 1990s to solve the problem of loss of muscle mass suffered by astronauts after long periods in space where, for lack of gravity, they could not exercise their muscles through the conventional weights.

Utilizing isoinertial resistance during training is the most effective and safe way to tone your muscles and develop high-quality muscular fiber. That´s because it exercises muscles in both phases of movement: concentric (when the muscles contract) and eccentric (when the muscles extend)
